OK, so what the tweet is Twitter? According to Carol Schwalbe, Twitter can be either a very annoying interruption to an already over-informed public, or it can be a powerful journalistic tool.Like any technology, this new platform for communicating can be used for good or evil. I think the question is, can it be used as a learning tool for our students? I think it can be.
However, I also think it will probably be about 19 years before our school district will approve the use of Twitter, so I am going to manage my time and energy in areas that I know can make a difference today.
